This deal will bring Informatica’s expertise in data integration, governance, metadata management, and master data management into Salesforce’s ecosystem, enabling a unified architecture for advanced AI functionality. Shareholders of Informatica will receive $25 per share, with the acquisition expected to close early in Salesforce’s fiscal year 2027.
